In the era of a changing world, we are constantly developing, looking for ways to improve in our work, that have an impact on the comfort of our work. We know that our greatest asset is the knowledge and ideas that we have inside of our organization. We are open to hearing your comments and suggestions for ways in which to improve our organization. We encourage everyone to submit them, because we all want to work in a place we like.

Share your opinion.

Each year, we ask you for your opinion on various areas of work within our company. Based on it, we develop an action plan that allows for a variety of improvements and changes. We want you to be satisfied with your work and feel good with us.

We share knowledge.

Within our organization, we spread and support the initiative of sharing knowledge. As part of the "Sharecademy" project, we organize workshops and presentations at which which our company colleagues become trainers.

We let our hair down together.

Man does not live by work alone :) A company trip in the middle of the year and a Christmas party are permanent features of our yearly calendar.

We advocate informal sociability

We refer to each other by our first name - all of us and without exception. Openness and goodwill is not only key at a co-worker level, but it is also important for us in one’s relations with superiors.

We share what we have. Each year, we support charity campaigns and cooperate with benevolent foundations. Company trips are also a good time for us to do something good for others!

    We advise and support tenants, landlords and developers in the field of renting commercial space.

  4. Strategic consulting with regard to commercial projects

    We coordinate a full range of services for commercial projects, advise our clients and create strategies to increase the value of the real estate portfolio.

  5. Rental of industrial and logistics space

    We advise and support tenants, landlords and developers in the sphere of industrial and logistics space rental.

  6. Capital Markets

    We advise clients on the sale and purchase process of commercial real estate, together with developing the most optimal structure for real estate financing, should a client request such a facility.

  7. Valuations

    We conduct and prepare real estate valuation appraisals in accordance with national as well as international standards.

  8. Project management

    We arrange architectural concepts for buildings and commercial spaces, manage contractor’s work obligations, advise clients on achieving the optimal cost structure through the implementation of real estate projects.
