Her expertise includes the commercial management of large real estate portfolios and the handling of complex negotiations, both in Warsaw and across Poland’s key regional markets.

Izabela Potrykus has built her career at some of the leading companies in the commercial real estate sector. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, she worked at CPI Property Group and PHN (Polski Holding Nieruchomości), where she was responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies for portfolios totalling hundreds of thousands of square metres, while also overseeing budgets of more than EUR 25 million. Earlier in her career, she spent many years at Knight Frank, where, as Partner and Head of Commercial Agency, she managed a broad range of tenant advisory and representation services and worked with leading institutional investors.
Izabela Potrykus holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and has extensive experience in managing teams of experts. She graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology. She also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and in ESG in Construction at Warsaw University of Technology.
