Panattoni Park Katowice Airport welcomes a new tenant – 165,000 sqm for ILS, part of the Inter Cars Group
Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its latest development in Silesia. ILS – a logistics operator from the Inter Cars Group, the largest distributor of car parts in Central and Eastern Europe – has leased over 165,000 sqm of space at Panattoni Park Katowice Airport. Under the terms of the contract, the company will occupy a dedicated facility designed for advanced logistics processes.
THE REGIONAL OFFICES WILL HAVE A LOT OF WORK AHEAD
The existing office stock in the 8 key regional cities approached 6.3 m sqm at the end of the first quarter. In the analyzed period, the markets grew by nearly 244 k sqm.
WARSAW OFFICES IN Q1 2022
Warsaw's total office stock at the end of the first quarter approached 6.24 million sqm, of which over 93,000 sqm of modern space was delivered for use between January and March 2022.
