REVIEW. Office Market in Regional Cities in Poland in Q2 2026
In the second quarter of 2026, regional office markets saw a distinct rebound in tenant activity. Across Poland's eight largest cities - excluding Warsaw - 187.5 thousand sqm were leased, representing a 56.5% increase over the previous quarter. Simultaneously, very limited new supply and the persisting "flight to quality" trend are strengthening the competitive edge of modern, well-connected, and energy-efficient buildings.
