Throughout his career, Paweł Welo has gained extensive professional experience working with international financial institutions and advisory firms, as well as investment funds and asset management companies. He specializes in investment advisory, debt and equity financing, real estate fund management, and the execution of acquisition and disposal transactions for commercial assets.

Previously, Paweł served as Head of Financing Poland at InRento, where he led the development of the company's financing activities in the Polish market. Between 2013 and 2024, he was the Director of the Real Estate Department at PKO TFI, overseeing the entire real estate fund investment portfolio, team management, and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). During this period, he executed over 100 buy-and-sell transactions and co-created funds tailored for both institutional and individual investors. Prior to his tenure at PKO TFI, he held the position of Director of the Investment Department at CB Richard Ellis Poland (now CBRE), advising investors on key transactions in the office and logistics markets.
Paweł is a graduate of the Private Higher School of Business and Administration in Warsaw (specializing in Finance and Accounting) and holds international CCIM and MRICS qualifications. He is currently advancing his professional development through a postgraduate CFO programme at Kozminski University.
